It’s leg day! Training your lower body is essential if you want to become a stronger athlete, crush your workouts, or just show off fit-looking legs. These curated workouts are designed to help you take on almost any activity—running, cycling, HIIT—with confidence. Do each duo three times per week with a rest day in between. The two workouts together add up to a 40-minute routine that includes strengthening and stretching your lower body, every which way. After a week goes by, move on to the next duo until you have completed all four weeks. No one said leg day is easy—but the results are worth it!
