Meditations for When You Feel Stress or Anxiety

Feelings of stress and anxiety are a natural part of being human. This program is designed to help you navigate these moments with insight and compassion. The six 10-minute meditations can be done in any order you like. However, they are structured into three sections, each with a specific focus. The first two practices can help you recognise how stress and anxiety show up for you mentally and physically so you don’t get overwhelmed. The second set can help you learn from stress and anxiety to better understand and move through these difficult emotions. And the last two are dedicated to extending compassion to yourself and others, to help you feel supported and connected to the world around you. These practices can be done while you’re facing stress or anxiety or to help you prepare for times when these feelings arise.
