Jenn Lau
Jenn is as passionate about inclusivity as she is about helping people stay active. That was her motivation for co-founding a gym in her hometown of Toronto. Competing in volleyball and swimming made her a tenacious yet playful coach, which comes through in every lift and lunge she teaches. Her go-to music for working out is hip-hop with booming beats to drive intensity and vibey R&B to mellow out.
