Yoga for Every Runner

Whether you like to run short distances to stay fit or take on longer runs and races, yoga can help you feel more confident and comfortable on the road, trail, or treadmill. Scott Jurek, one of the world’s top ultramarathon athletes, joins Fitness+ trainer Jessica Skye for this Yoga program geared to every runner. Inspired by Scott’s own training and love of yoga, this program is designed to improve your running posture, balance, and mobility. Every 10-minute flow has a different focus: mobile hips, strong core, powerful glutes, limber legs, stable ankles, and stress-free shoulders. You can do these flows as a warmup, a recovery stretch, or mixed with other workouts from the library. These special Yoga workouts are for all levels and can be done in any order.
